ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for issues related to sizing, as every product includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the correct fit before purchasing.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if an error occurs on our end, we will gladly review the situation and issue a refund or replacement when applicable. Please contact us with your order details and supporting evidence so we can resolve the matter promptly.



SHIPPING POLICY

Luxury P. Apparel, we kindly ask that you allow 24–48 hours for payment processing after placing your order. Please note that this verification period is separate from the time it takes for your shipment to arrive. All pre-made items are prepared and shipped within the same week once payment has been confirmed. For our exclusive “Made to Order” releases, please allow an estimated 4–6 weeks for your item to be created and shipped. These pieces require additional time due to their high demand and premium craftsmanship, and specific details can be found within each product description.

All orders are shipped using reliable third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. To ensure your order arrives without delay, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and includes all necessary information at checkout. Luxury P. Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
